Wednesday- rested as my shines were hurting after playing football

started of with quite long recoverys walked back and was pretty easy but at about 5 we started jogging the recovery and the session got quite intence- was on a slight hill as well and felt quite powerful,

You are obviously getting things right. Just keep developing sessions to go faster and further and when you feel like it a few more. Most important is to really enjoy moving at speed.
