first one felt ok but the second to didnt feel comftable and didnt have that confidence that i looked good. it also started chucking it down for the last two.
wensday and thursday = rest and located pain in shin, started to masarge.

You are clearly going the right way and just need to keep this sort of work going. You cannot run too fast too often in the summer. Just remember to underpin all the work with a bit of steady and fast tempo running to keep the aerobic system reminded who is boss.
