Birmingham legaue 10km, 38min- Didnt run well at all. Calf was very tight and it was the first time that i had to stop in a race. Ended up stopping quite a few times in the end just to relax the legs.

Had to catch up on ALOT of work. Played football in the eveninng though

Looking at your general comments. I think that you need to wear spikes at least once a week to ensure that calves are kept under pressure. I suspect that with easy running the white muscle goes to sleep as the power part is missing.
It needs mo itoring and some thinking anyway
