29th-5th

Saturday,Sunday, Monday
was feeling better but not quite strong enough to start running

Tuesday
went for a very easy swim for 40mins

Wednesday
Evening-
20min warm up....circuits and then 20min slow warm down....just to get my self moving

Thursday
Evening- 35min slow steady jog....feeling ok not signs of illness but just felt very tight from circuits

Friday
rest
