32.17min....can see improvments from last week, went of quite fast at the begginging and kept up ok untill the hill, however i think i could have kept going but i had quite alot of flem in my throught and it put me of a little

my ankles ached for the first hour but afterwads was ok

felt quite sloppy when running fast as my ankles were acking again espacially at the begining and on the warm down

Some of your sessions like the steeplechase seem to be getting slower and you are complaining of ches and pains. I guess this is because you are getting deper into the winter and tiredness. I am assuming that it was not because you are lazy or not trying as hard!!!If it is tiredness then a couple or three days off are needed to get fresh again. generally if sessions do not get sharper then you need to get fresh at some stage. I do not want flu or injury. Running tired is not a problem in itself because the body will adapt but it does meant that there is more stress. You may need to increase the amount of chocolate you eat to to keep the readily available sugar a bit higher.
