Running ok at this speed. Quads do seem to struggle the most when lactic hits. Also i cant really seem to sustain running right up on my toes for 300m, theres about 100m where the technique drops a little. Didnt throw up but legs and lungs were knackered

I think that all your troubles will go away as you practice more. I would like to see some work like 600m or 800m as well on the odd evening. Try to do one fartlek a bit faster and shorter, just to make sure that you are not leaving a gap between this 300m pace and the slower stuff on the road.
I think also you need to go on the track for some of these sessions to keep the bounce off the feet. There is no kidding youself on distance either. these 300s must be below 45 by the end of the winter so sometimes you may expect to do a few fewer.G
What sort of session for 800m and when (next week)
Shall i do the faster shorter farlek after weights tomorrow?
Was thinking about going track next saturday and doing 10-20 200m at 27-30sec pace, or should i do the 300m again?
